Came out on Thursday and gave me an estimate, made a counter offer and Robinson accepted. Trees were removed Saturday by two men who worked in a misty rain and both did a great job, came back on Monday to grind stumps and did a terrific job with a great clean up. Highly recommend Kapok tree service
Kapok replied: Thanks so much, Roger! We're thrilled to hear our team did a great job with the tree removal and stump grinding, even in the misty rain. It's always a pleasure to provide quality tree service in Sanford.

I contacted this company to come cut down a tree that had blown over during one of the recent storms. Initially we had an appointment which the business showed up late for. They gave me a price to cut down the tree which was $350 dollars. We agreed to the price and set the appointment for the next day. The next day we waited all day for them to come and they never did. No call, No show. I called them a few times and nobody picked up the phone.
The biggest kicker of them all was I ended up calling another place that cuts down trees and they came out and did the job for $50 bucks. So I saved $300 dollars in the end. No Call, No Show is about as unprofessional as it gets.
Very fast efficient and professional! Nice crew that got the job done in a timely manner

We are so pleased with the excellent work done for us by Kapok Tree Service. We had 3 huge pine trees in our front yard, 2 of which were diseased and needed to come down asap. Mr. Robinson came out within a day of us contacting him, gave us a quote, and 3 days later the trees were down, stumps ground down and my beautiful Crepe Myrtles are untouched and safe!! They are fast, efficient and thorough in their cleanup. Call them, you won’t be sorry!

I received a flyer from Kapok Tree Service and had been in need of some light tree trimming and a couple of small non native trees removed. After calling in a request they showed up promptly to give me an estimate and what we should trim. I was very pleased with the estimate and hired them. They showed up with a decent size crew who got right to work and had all trimming cleaned up and removed within several hours. All work was completed in a very prompt and professional manner. Would not hesitate to both use again or to recommend their service.

Kapok did an awesome job removing a large limb which was wedged within another tree at our home in Hillsborough. This was a tricky spot because it was hanging right above our well head and very high in the tree. They also removed another tree which had uprooted from the home construction on our property. The team was punctual and professional and they cut and stacked the wood for us to use in our fire pit. I would highly recommend this company and absolutely call them again for any tree help.

The Kapok crew did an excellent job! They arrived on time. raised the canopy on several huge trees, cut down two large shrubs , cleaned up and carried off the debris. I recognize now that I need more work done and will definitely call them. BTW the cost is reasonable!
They were amazing. Gave me an excellent price. They even took care of my animals that were in the yard when they got there earlier than I expected them. They literally had someone watch them and make sure that they didn’t get out which I am so grateful for. They really went above and beyond with the cleanup too. I fully expected that they would leave a bunch of stuff in the yard, but they did not. I highly recommend them. They are very professional and very kind.. You also cannot beat their pricing. I didn’t even bother having anyone else come out. I’m still waiting on three other people to respond in the time that they came out and already did the work. They got back to me the same day that I sent them something. I found them through Instagram.

Great job! Reasonably priced. Fast and efficient. Courteous. Cleaned up well.
I'd call again for another job.
Excellent service. These guys made very short work of a few rugs or sized trees on the first day and we trusted them to bring down some really big trees the following day closer to the house.
Very much recommend and will be our go to in the future

Kapok Tree did a great job removing a large tree that was close to and leaning towards our house. They also trimmed up a couple other trees. They cleaned everything up and were professional and friendly. I also felt their pricing was very fair. Highly recommend them!
Kapok did an amazing job trimming my tree limbs. They cleaned everything up after themselves so there was nothing for me to do except just enjoy relaxing in my backyard. They were on time and reasonably priced.
Kapok Tree Services took down two trees for me and did it safely, professionally, and thoroughly.
I really like that they have an online quote request process and send follow-up emails with the quote and job confirmation, and reminder texts. All that took any potential for ambiguity out of the whole process. The quote they gave me was fair and affordable.
Robinson and his team were professional, efficient, and safe. I highly recommend Kapok Tree Services!

Extremely happy with the services provided by Kapok tree service. Robinson and his team did an excellent job. Looking forward to having future work done and recommending them to anyone who needs tree work for removal or trimming. Our front yard was over grown and there were some trees way to close to the house for comfort. While we didn't include stump grinding the trunks were cut as low as possible, which we truly appreciate. Kapok tree service came and completed the job in a timely manner. They were all friendly, quick, and careful of the property. Great job everyone and keep up the amazing work!

Extremely pleased with Kapok Tree Service. If you need work done on trees, call Kapok.
The crew communicated throughout the day and arrived when expected. Everyone was extremely friendly and even entertained my son while they worked.
I had a tree with branches rubbing against my roof and blocking sunlight. The crew paid attention to detail- they removed the branches so none landed on my roof or hit my house. They checked in multiple times while working to make sure they were doing everything we envisioned. Thorough in cleanup and haul away. I will be calling Kapok Tree Service for work in the future. Highly recommend.

I was extremely satisfied with Kapok Tree Service. This company was very professional and friendly throughout my interaction with them.
Kapok got back to me when they said they would, gave a reasonable estimate, was able to set up an appointment within a few days, showed up on time, and removed a large silver maple that was next to my house in a safe, precise manner.
Additionally, they remembered to remove some branches on another tree next to the maple that were hanging. They also took the time to properly grind down the tree stump and made sure the yard was cleaned up at the end of the job.
I would highly recommend Kapok Tree Service. Robinson and crew were amazing! I appreciate the care they showed during the entire process.
Thank you for doing an exceptional job!

This company is very nice and friendly to talk to. My husband cut our pear tree down and realized it was covered in poison ivy. I called this company to asked if they would be willing to finish the job for us (because my husband and I are super allergic to ivy) and they were happy to do it! They even cut the bottom part of the tree down to a stump for us. They cleaned up all the leaves and limbs that we had scattered all over the place! Contact this company for all your tree needs! We will be contacting them back in the future for more trees we need help with! Amazing people!!!

I met with the owner Robinson Juarez on April 6 2026 to discuss a tree pruning estimate. The estimate I receive was $100 less than other estimates for the exact same service. After agreeing to the estimate I was able to get the trees pruned the same day. The crew was on time and very professional. They cleaned up behind themselves. The estimated we agree on was 12 branches but the crew discovered an additional two branch that needed pruning and pruned those at no additional cost
